I love getting my nails done if I’m not at this location I’m down the street. Overall, the customer service is okay, I went with my sister today and I sat down after my sister who was paying and they finished her before me! I didn’t like that. I think they need to take their time and not rush people out.
First time going and honestly, will not be coming back again voluntarily. Customer service was fine at best. I got a gel manicure and asked for my nails to be cut short due to my work and the lady refused and continued to do my nails. Well, she accidently began wiping the alcohol on my “drying” nails and messed up two nails. I then went and spoke to someone in charge, she went and fixed said gel nails and filed my nails as well since they hadn’t cut them. However, the nails she filed came off slanted. At that point I got tired of dealing with all these inconsistencies and I thanked her for fixing my nails and not charging me extra and I left.
