Solid choices on food with decent parking. If the main parking lot fills, you can park below Powerhouse, the alternate lot west of the Pearl Kai entrance, or some spots behind Sugarlina (after the auto shop closes).

Low key a great shopping center. Wide variety of good and services can be found here. Only down side is there’s not really and shade outside. Other than that it’s great

We went to visit Ricado’s Italian Restaurant to pickup our order. We were there a total of 10 minutes. Our order was done when we arrived. As usual, excellent food but we did notice the price hike on all of the dishes we ordered.
