I used to love Portillos. But I need to feed 6 people daily. I find their prices ridiculous these days for the AMOUNT of food u receive. 4 of the 6 I feed are men. I can’t afford for them to still b hungry after eating. Don’t get me wrong-food is still delicious. Maybe for a treat meal.
After a half hour of waiting in the drive through I received my 2 items the fries were cold and my chili was messed up they remade it and after I left I realized I was handed the same food again. This is one of many times this has happened at this location
I’ve never rated any Portillo’s this low! Poor order ahead/curbside pickup was BAD. Missing items we ordered & NO RESPONSE when feedback was sent. We’ll never do that again at this Portillo’s location! Elgin & Sycamore remain our favorite locations.
